Before we start

You choose a time that’s best for you, and our team will come out to inspect the roof. Within 3 business days, you’ll get a custom proposal. If you’re happy with the proposal, accept it online, and we’ll schedule a date to begin your job. (Note that we require a 50% payment on the day we start for all roofing jobs. One day, we aspire to be able to do roofing jobs for free, but alas, today is not that day.)

If you’re not happy with the proposal, let us know why! As a locally owned roofing company, we value your business. If the proposal doesn’t meet your expectations, contact us so we can work with you on a better solution.

While people are climbing on your roof

As you might imagine, working on a roof can be quite a messy endeavor, and things will fall from the sky in an orderly fashion.

We like to take every precaution to protect your home (and everyone in it). If you prefer to leave the house while work is going on, that works for us. Many homeowners seize the opportunity for a weekend getaway. Just be sure to mention that as we schedule so we can find a slot that works with the dates you’ll be gone. We also encourage you to move any outdoor furniture, grills, garden gnomes, etc., to a safe place away from the house or indoors. We use coverings and do our best to prevent damage, but we’d hate for the wind to carry a shingle onto your prized petunias.

Once the job is done

We hope you’re comfortable with attention because when your neighbors see your new roof, they’ll bombard you with requests for the name of your fabulous roofing company. When the stampede inevitably happens, we ask that you remain calm and send those neighbors to us via our website, email, or phone.

But what would really make our hearts swell is if you left us a review on Google or Facebook or shared some kind words via email so we can use them on our website.

We also have a referral rewards program that benefits wonderful customers like you! If you refer a friend, neighbor, family member, co-worker, grocery store cashier, or server at your favorite restaurant (pretty much anyone with a roof), and they decide to become a happy customer, have them mention your name.
