Roof Replacement

Whether you’re concerned about storm damage or have been in your home for 15+ years and know it’s time for a new roof, Martinelli Roofing offers full roof replacement for residential and commercial properties in the Lowcountry.

What to expect

We make roof replacements easy. Here are the 5 simple steps to expect when working with us. Still have questions?

  • Our team is going to come out and inspect your roof through aerial drone footage and a manual inspection. We’ll then share information about the current health of your roof and whether you’ll need repairs or a full roof replacement.

  • If your insurance company is covering your roof replacement, we’ll happily reach out on your behalf and work with your adjuster to process payment. Before any work begins, we’ll ensure there’s a contract in place and you’re fully aware of expectations. We also require a 50% payment on the day we start work.

  • During this step, we’ll remove existing roofing and perform additional inspections for further damage that may only show once the shingles are removed. There will be a dumpster on your property during the roof replacement so we can remove discarded materials and leave your property clean.

  • We’ll replace parts of the roof deck as needed to ensure the new roof is completely waterproof and protects your home for decades to come.

  • Once the decking is fixed, we’ll install a drip edge, roof flashing, underlayment, and finally, shingles or metal roof panels, depending on the type of roof you’ve chosen. Once the roof is done, we’ll clean up and head out, besides admiring your beautiful new roof, you’ll never even know we were there!
